What We Do
Our water-fed pole system reaches up to 4 storeys from the ground, which means we can clean the exterior windows of most townhome and condo complexes in a single pass, cleanly and efficiently, without ladders leaning against the building or disruption to residents.
Interior common areas — lobbies, hallway windows, entrance glass — are cleaned by hand with traditional tools. Individual unit interiors are available as an opt-in add-on if the property wants that included.

Our Process
We come look at the property, count units and windows, note access points, and understand how the property is set up.
You get a proposal with per-visit pricing and recurring schedule options.
We work with whoever's managing the property to book dates and notify residents.
Exterior work is done first, common areas after. If unit interiors are included, we schedule those in blocks that work for the residents.
