What We Do
Gutters that clog with leaves, needles, and debris are one of the most common causes of avoidable water damage to a home. Water backs up, spills over the sides, and starts running down siding, along foundations, or into places it shouldn't be. In the Lower Mainland, this is especially true in fall and early spring, when trees drop the most debris right before the rainy season really gets going.
We clear the gutters using a combination of manual removal and a leaf blower to get out the loose material. Once the troughs are clear, we make sure the downspouts are fully cleaned out as well.

Our Process
We look at the property, count linear feet of gutter, note any tricky access, and give you a firm quote.
We use ladders to access the gutters directly, clearing debris trough by trough and checking downspouts as we go.
You choose in advance whether to bag and haul away the debris (add-on) or leave it on-site.
We show you the cleared gutters before we leave.

Once a year is a minimum for most homes. Twice a year (spring and fall) is a better rhythm if you have significant tree cover near the roofline.
Blowing debris into grass and bushes away from walkways is included in the base rate. Bagging and removing the debris can be added on for an additional cost.
We can work around most gutter guard systems. If the guards need to be lifted or removed for cleaning, that adds time to the job and we'll factor it into the quote.
