New builds, renovations, and finished projects. Paint specks, sticker residue, drywall haze, and construction dust off your glass so the project actually looks done.
What We Do
Post-construction window cleaning is different from regular cleaning. New builds and renovations leave behind stubborn materials that don't come off with a normal wash. Paint overspray, silicone smudges, sticker adhesive from window labels, drywall dust that dulls the glass, and construction debris caught in tracks.
We do the full nine yards. Scrape off paint specks and sticker residue, wash down the drywall haze, clean the frames and tracks, and finish with a proper streak-free pass so the windows look brand new. Because most of this debris needs manual work, this service is done by hand rather than with the water-fed pole system.
What's Included

Drywall dust and construction haze off the glass.
Frame, sill, and track cleaning.
Final streak-free pass on both sides where accessible.
Our Process
We come look at the property, count windows, and identify what's on the glass (dust, paint, stickers, etc.).
Once you approve the written quote, we schedule the job for a time that works best for you and the project timeline.
Depending on the size of the build, this can take a full day or more.
We do a walkthrough with you before we leave to make sure the glass is truly ready for handover.
Why Choose Us
Post-construction work rewards attention to detail. A skipped sticker or missed patch of drywall haze on one window undermines the whole clean. We work slowly enough to do it properly, and we don't consider a job done until every window is spotless.
Frequently Asked
Between $10 and $22 a window, depending on the size of the window and what's on it.
We use steel wool, professional razors, cleaning solutions when needed, and a lot of elbow grease to make the windows gleam.
